Creativity

It's been awhile since I've been here for the last time :).
For anyone who's interested I'm doing just fine! Reading American Literature for my MA, learning how to drive a car (next week I'm going to start my driving practice-beware! ;)), trying to maintain a positive attitude towards life.
What makes the world less shallow, ignorant and a positive place is humans' creativity. Thanks to it, life is worth living. Imagine your life without music, film, books, art. I can't! Those things are made by creative people, whose achievements are adimirable.
I'd like to focus on one person, an English writer whose creativity is the basis of his work.
J.R.R. Tolkien is a person widely known, that's why I won't write about his life.
He is the creator of a separate history of a world known only to few. Exact dates, genealogy of families of many protagonists, place-names, maps... Even whole languages with detailed alphabets. Elvish (Sindarin, Quenya), Dwarfish, etc.
Just think what effort, patience and creativity is needed to bring to life such a world like Middle-Earth.
