I'll do it the other way round, as usual. :)
The website I would like to recommend is a site devoted to culture, especially in Poland. It has a search engine, where you can find "cultural" people, publications or institutions. It is also full of recent cultural events due to which you can be constanly aware of the culture around you.
I am sure that culture vultures will enjoy it! :)
